Keith Mutch | Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 13:53 Good afternoon all members and friends of DOSC ~ the MOTH worlds is upon us and the international competitors have started to arrive and unpack their yachts, dates for the nationals are the 05th and 06th March and the international championship from the 7th to the 14th March. All welcome to come down and watch these high speed machines in action. For those who have never seen a MOTH in action have a look at this http://vimeo.com/9678184 ~ the Maktoum regatta continues this weekend at DIMC with 19 yachts participating from DOSC.
Six nations rugby will be screened on Friday night at 2359 with Wales vs France and on Saturday at 1530 is Italy vs Scotland and at 2000 England vs Ireland ~ come down and support your favourite team.
The Oppie dinner will go ahead tonight ~ all oppie owners/sailors who are keen to learn how to rig an oppie correctly should come down and join in the dinner and display.
The new menu is now in action with a new wine list due imminently. Comments and suggestions welcome.
We are now in the process of migrating our computer system to another domain name ~ all email addresses will be as follows :
