Scott is a perennial contender for the Moth World crown. Already having a 29er world crown and sailing on one of the best 18 foot skiffs in the world, he is super slick. One of the most consistent sailors you will find in the world he was desperately unlucky in the USA with gear breakages. Dubai could be his regatta but he has proclaimed he is under prepared. If he wins here maybe it will become a new training regime.
