UAE Nationals Windy Day 1

After a windy start to the day the current standings for the UAE National Championships are Arnaud Psarfaghis with 2 bullets, Chris Graham with a 2nd & 4th and Rob Gough with two 3rds.

18 to 20 knots pushed the boats and sailors to the limits, with lots of spectacular wipe outs, downwind surfing and close calls returning to shore.  Race 1 saw 15 starters, dropping to 9 in race 2.

This evening will be spent checking and re-checking for any breakages or repairing those that were picked up during the first day of this awesome event.
