The clubhouse is open for dinning pleasure from 0800 to 2200 daily. There is a variety of novels in the reading room for the pleasure of members as well as a wireless internet connection for those who wish to check emails or surf then net.
Private Beach
The club boasts a private beach with rustic style bar and children’s grassed play area ~ the Ten Tola bar is open to functions throughout the cooler periods of the year. The beach area is where the now famous DOSC boot camp takes place from 0630 to 0730 in the mornings.
Cruiser Facilities
For yachts and small keelboats there is a 115 berth marina with electrical connections and fresh running water. Within the protection of the harbour wall the marina offers a fantastic back drop for a relaxing sundowner after a hard day's sail. The club slip way facilitates the smaller keelboats who wish to trailer sail or those that need a little maintenance. The hard offers the space and convenience to store your boat while essential maintenance is carried out.
Dinghy Facilities
There is an extensive paved dinghy park leading to a wash down area, slip way and launching beach all within the protection of the harbour wall. The members' workshop and sail store means you can focus on keeping your dinghies up to peak performance. The Sailing Department has a small boson store to buy those essential bits and pieces to keep the boats on the water. With the growing number of sailors joining the club DOSC is currently sourcing a state of the art dinghy racking system.
