NOTICE of DOSC EGM 2011

The 2011 DOSC EGM will be held in the Main Club house on Tuesday 13th September at 19.30 hrs (sign in will open at 19.00 hrs).  

All members in good standing are invited to attend. Eligibility to vote, as laid down in the Constitution (article 3.7), is as follows: 

• Honorary Member - One vote
• Life Member - One vote
• Family Membership - Two votes
• Single Member - One vote
• Group Membership - One vote

Anyone who is eligible to vote, but unable to attend the EGM, may give their proxy vote in writing to another Member. Proxy votes must be declared at sign in and no Member may hold more than 5 proxy votes.
